

Justine graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 1997 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and soon after began working for the multi-national pharmaceutical company Glaxo Smith Kline. After working in laboratories for a number of years she sought a change of career. This led her to Physiohealth where she has now been practice manager of our Footscray clinic since 2003. As a busy working mother of one, she enjoys making the most of what little free time she has by catching up with friends and watching endless hours of reality television.

Prior to Physiohealth Susan had 12 years of customer service training /qualifications from one of Austrialia's most leading Airline Companies, as well as prior employment in Office Administration/payroll as well as ascertaining further Office Administration qualifications.
Susan was selected to prepare and establish the impending office requirements for the New Physiohealth Office location at 120 Melbourne Road Williamstown facilitating 7 treatment rooms, gymnasium, on site car parking which are all situated close to the central shopping precinct in Williamstown.
Susan supports a dynamic team of 19 staff members; physiotherapists; dietitian Myotherapists Remedial Massage therapist, Clinical Pilate's instructor, Pilate's Class instructors, Elite Performance Consultant and four exceptional receptionists, everyone valued for their fantastic work ethics, diligence and professionalism.

Margaret has had 25 years experience in this industry, working with Osteopaths, Doctors and Physiotherapists. She is very competent in all areas of office administration and management.
Margaret enjoys the contact with people from all walks of life, listening to their problems as well as their life in general, and gets great satisfaction from seeing people improve with the treatments they receive. Margaret also enjoys the interaction with the elite athletes and swimmers, hearing how they are progressing in their particular sport, their PBs and the competitions they have competed in. In her view, working at Physiohealth is like being part of a big family as Margaret's own family lives interstate and overseas.
At Mt Waverley, the professional team of 10 members work like a well-oiled machine and they are always striving to please and assist their clientele.
ReidRegina has been part of the Physiohealth team for 11 years. After completing her diploma in Business Management at Victoria University in 1997, in which she completed her work placement at Physiohealth she started out as a part-time reception at our Essendon practice. Regina went on to manage the Footscray practice and then in 2003 became the Business Manager.
Regina is currently on maternity leave after the birth of her second child but enjoys a mixture of family life and work. Regina will be returning to our team in a new role as our bookkeeper and payroll officer.
