In a 4-point kneeling position wrap the theraband behind the base of your skull holding in down in both hands. Keeping your chin tucked slowly pull your head upwards towards the ceiling and let it drop towards the ground. Ensure your gaze is kept looking derectly at the ground and never between your legs behind you or at the wall infront of you. This will make sure you are using the correct muscles. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions and sets.
