Stand on a step with your feet hip-distance apart and let your arms fall at your sides. Raise your right foot and then move your right leg clockwise until it crosses behind your left foot. Be sure to Keep Left knee in line with your toes slowly step down on the left Leg until your Right foot touches the ground. You can make this harder by moving your right foot further away from the left once it has crossed behind. Repeat in the opposite direction to step down on the right leg.
