Standing with your back and shoulder blades flat against the wall and your knees slightly bent, place a rolled up towel behind the small of your neck. Gently nod your chin, as if you are trying to make a double chin. You should effectively be pushing the back of your neck into the towel and lengthening through the back of the neck, enabling the towel to stay up against the wall. Ensure you maintain your gaze in horizontal throughout the movement. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat.
