Sit upright in a chair with a towel around your neck, holding each end with your hands. Rotate your head towards the stiff/painful direction as far as you can go. Once at end range, apply a gentle pull with your right hand to increase your range of rotation while keeping your left hand fixed. Repeat, gently turning your head back and forth.
