Stand in an open doorway. Place your arms out to the side, catching your forearms on each side of the doorway. Lean your trunk through the doorway, to feel a stretch across the front of your chest. Lift your arms higher to feel the stretch in a different position. Complete at 45deg, 90deg and 120 deg of shoulder abduction. |
