Holding and band tied in front at eye level, lift your arm into 90 degrees of abduction and bend your elbow to 90 degrees keeping shoulder blade squezed backwards. Aim to keep your elbow very still while rotating your forearm/hand up towards the sky against the band and slowly back down.
