Physiotherapist Polly Dhar demonstrates how to perform an Incline Single Leg Squat. This particular exercise is good for ankle and knee rehabilitation.
It is important to concentrate on good pelvis alignment and core control throughout this exercise.
1) Place the heel of one foot on an incline (determined by your physio).
2) Bend your knee ensuring your knee stays aligned with between your first and second toe.
3) Throughout this movement, keep the other foot off the ground. Repeat, then switch legs.
