This video demonstrates how to tape a tight calf using Rock Tape.
– Round the edges of the tape
– Cut the tape into a “Y” so you can tape both heads of the calf
– Try not to handle the exposed tape too much as the oils on our fingers can affect the adhesive
– Don’t have tension on your anchor
– For muscle tightness taping tension the tape to about 25-35%
– Rub the tape after applying to create friction and stimulate the adhesive
