I’m privileged to be part of the Physiohealth, Mt Waverley practice. I’ve been here for over 20 years and really enjoy working in this part of Melbourne where I’ve got to know and love the locals. I did both my under graduate and post graduate sports training at La Trobe University, and before I came to Physiohealth I worked in road trauma rehabilitation at various centres in Melbourne and a teaching role at Royal Melbourne Hospital.

I believe that for you to maximise your recovery you need to understand your condition. I want to explain to you the how and why of your problem, and then work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that you can easily follow and see the positive results.

Over the years I have worked with local sporting clubs like Vermont, Mulgrave and Waverley Blues footy clubs and the Hawthorn-Waverley cricket club. I was the physio for the Victorian and Australian men’s wheelchair basketball teams for many years, travelling to numerous Paralympic Games and World Championships.

When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me travelling the world with my wife, especially loving Italy, or helping at a wheelchair basketball tournament where I still have an administrative role. I like to play golf (badly) and love looking after two gorgeous granddaughters.

Fun fact – I spent three years working at the old Pentridge prison hospital. Had an interesting patient list there.
