I’ve been a Physiotherapist since 1992, when I completed my Bachelors Degree at Lincoln School of Health Sciences and graduated from La Trobe University. I then completed my post grad in Sports Physiotherapy, alongside David and Don.

My strength lies in the comprehensive understanding of the body’s mechanics, how the body works, and how to treat injuries. I take a practical approach, focusing on function, aiming to return to sport and full activity as soon as possible. I don’t like telling people they cannot do things, so I’m always looking for ways to keep people active, and help them recover quicker.

I’ve worked as a Team Physio for national league soccer teams and traveled across the country. I also worked with Michael Schumacher during his time with Ferrari, volunteered as a Physio at the Sydney Olympics, and assisted tennis players at the Australian Open. I’ve supported state and national athletes in sports like dancing, aerobics, gymnastics, and swimming, and helped junior athletes manage the demands of competitive sports as they grow.

My experience extends to injury prevention and management at companies like Google, Facebook, Toyota, Ford, GlaxoSmithKline, Toll, and Jayco.

When I’m not treating people, I am usually involved in a small renovation project, whether it be building a deck, making windows, or extending a room. I’m quite handy with the tools. I try to keep fit by playing a bit of soccer but I really love my snow sports, and look forward to hitting the slopes with my snowboard every year.

Fun fact – I enjoy photography and have completed a bachelor of photography just to enhance my photography passion. I like digital art and spend time creating posters, flyers and digital images for friends and family.
