Lay supine with legs elevated on chair. Place one leg at 90deg knee bend and the other floating in the air. Complete a SL bridge to full extension and then switch legs in mid air without dropping your hips down. Speed and control are the most important factors. Progress this exercise by moving the cahir further from your knees as tolerable. |
