Lever your body over the machine as seen in the video. Have a friend throw the ball to you. As you catch your core muscles work eccentrically to stop you falling back. To come back up again your core muscles are working but this time concentrically, adding rotation now works the oblique trunk muscles. Your back should not be bending, rather straight when you are at the lowest position
