Once seated grab both handles and bring your hands to meet together in the middle. Squeeze your chest each time you bring your hands together. Ensure you are not shrugging up as you complete the repetitions. Keep your shoulder blades depressed and retracted throughout the whole exercise. Your shoulders should never roll forwards. Keep your core muscles engaged and lower back flat
