Andrea has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2018. Her interest in helping others stems from spending time with her grandparents, growing up, who struggled with chronic conditions.

Andrea is passionate about learning and staying up to date with current best practices. She believe that massage alongside physical activity can help overall wellbeing. Her goal is to empower individuals to reach their goals while navigating challenges such as injury recovery, pre/post sports event, or alleviate everyday stress related tension.

Andrea has 25 years of gym experience and a newfound passion for Pilates. In her downtime when she’s not watching Netflix, she does enjoy knitting which is a work in progress.
