ABOUT ME

I’m thrilled to be part of PhysioHealth At Footscray. My journey in physiotherapy began at the University of Melbourne, where I earned my Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals recover and thrive.

MY APPROACH

My approach as a physio is all about understanding what my patients want to achieve and working together to make that happen. I use a mix of hands-on treatment, exercises, and a solid understanding of anatomy to help people move better, feel less pain, and get back to doing what they love. I focus on teaching patients how to take care of their bodies and prevent future injuries.

AFFILIATIONS

I have been affiliated with the Prahran Football Club as well as the Brunswick City Soccer Club.

PERSONAL

When I’m not at the clinic, I enjoy staying active—whether it’s shooting hoops on the basketball court (with varying success) or exploring new activities like long-distance running. I also like to think of myself as a part-time gym rat. Beyond fitness, I’m passionate about volunteering at the Merri-bek Food Hub. I first got involved during uni, where I saw firsthand how much they do for the community. That experience really stuck with me, and staying involved allows me to give back and stay engaged with the local community.

FUN FACT

A little-known fact about me is that I am from Canada and I have yet to pick a footy team to cheer for. Someone persuade me!
