ABOUT ME

My career in physiotherapy began at La Trobe University where I earned my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals recover and thrive.

MY APPROACH

Education is one of the most important parts of treatment. I strive to empower my patients by helping them understand not only their injury, but any other contributing factors to their presentation. I aim to create a safe space for my patients, considering the person and looking at the bigger pictures, not just the injury in isolation.

AFFILIATIONS

I am affiliated with JM The Dance Centre in Avondale Heights, where I’m actively involved in the dance community.

PERSONAL

When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me training at my dance studio or at a Pilates class. I am also passionate about teaching dance at a local dance studio where I grew up. I teach contemporary classes a couple times a week which helps me stay connected to the community.

FUN FACT

I started training in multiple styles of dance from the age of 3, and never looked back with dance continuing to be a massive part of my life.
