Our fee structure reflects the experience, expertise, and level of care provided by our clinicians.

Importantly, all our physiotherapists are highly qualified professionals committed to delivering excellent patient care and achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are introducing a new fee structure for physiotherapy appointments. This change reflects the practitioner’s level of experience, clinical responsibilities, and demand for appointments.

Physiotherapist: Our physiotherapists provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management plans across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions to help you get started on your recovery journey.

Senior Physiotherapist / Clinic Partner: Everything our Physiotherapists are, the only difference being our Senior Physiotherapists have extensive clinical experience and expertise due to time within the profession.

Private Health Insurance

PhysioHealth offers Tyro Health in all clinics, allowing eligible patients to claim their private health insurance rebate on the spot. This means you’ll only need to pay the remaining balance (if applicable) at the time of your appointment.

The rebate you receive will depend on your private health fund and your level of cover. As rebates vary between funds and policies, we recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your expected benefit before your appointment.

PhysioHealth accepts all major private health funds through Tyro Health. If you prefer to submit your claim yourself, we can also provide you with a paid invoice following your appointment.

Medicare

Medicare does not generally provide rebates for private physiotherapy appointments.

However, if you have a chronic or complex medical condition, your GP may determine that you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care or EPC plan). This may provide Medicare rebates for up to five allied health appointments per calendar year, which can be shared across eligible allied health providers.

Eligibility is assessed by your GP. If you think you may qualify, please speak with your GP about obtaining a Chronic Disease Management Plan before booking your appointment.

WorkSafe & TAC Fees PhysioHealth provides a no-gap physiotherapy service for eligible WorkSafe and TAC patients. Appointment fees will be billed directly to WorkSafe or TAC, with no out-of-pocket expense to the patient for all approved claims.
